Delayed Shipping Times [2-3 weeks]

As of this notice, orders are taking 2-3 weeks to be packaged and shipped out.

Due to our newest drops, we've seen thousands of new orders hit our system all at once. Our team is working diligently and we are in the process of hiring + training new staff to meet the demand.

We thank you for your patience in getting your orders out. Please do not worry, we are working to get your order out as soon as possible!

Changing Shipping Address?

For Address change inquiries, you can now edit your own address yourself!

> CHANGING ADDRESSES: If you need to change your address, you can do so by finding the order confirmation sent to your e-mail. Simply click the "View Your Order" button and it will take you to a page where you can edit your address.

Please note that you cannot change your address once your package is shipped.

USPS "Marked as Delivered / Picked Up"

It is very common for USPS to mark orders as delivered a day before the package is actually delivered. Please also check with your neighbors, as we find that 99% of cases are resolved by either finding the package at a neighbor's or by USPS late delivery.

We ask that if you cannot find your package that has been marked as Delivered, that you reach out to us only after 48 hours have passed.
