With Route, your packages will be covered, even if your package is stolen or misdelivered to the wrong address by the mail carrier. We notice that the overwhelming percentage (Nearly 100%, in fact) of lost packages take place after the package has been marked as delivered. When this occurs, the postal service will not reimburse us as the package was considered "successfully delivered", regardless if this was true or not.
