• M.RAGE is looking for talented and motivated designers. Work directly with our current design team on projects to bring new products and collaborations to life.
  
  
• Assist in all forms of product development, from graphic design, product renders, project management and more.
  
  
• This is a half-remote position, applicants are recommended to be able to work at our headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA when requested. Options for full-remote can be discussed for certain candidates.
  
  
• Must be highly motivated, able to work in unstructured environments and tackle projects at their own pace. Must be able to push to get assigned projects completed without consistent supervision.
  
  
• As we are a start-up company, all team members are expected to wear many hats in our organization. We are looking for driven, outside the box creatives who want to learn and excel within the industry. Everyone at M.RAGE assists in responsibilities outside of their job description, such as general warehouse work or convention staffing.

• No industry or previous job experience is necessary
• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma, no further education required.
• Proficiency in Photoshop is required (Illustrator is a huge plus). Other Adobe Suite programs are recommended but not required.
• Must own a home computer that can operate these programs and be willing to use it for work. (Company PCs can be provided depending on the candidate)
• Must possess a general understanding or interest in anime, video games and/or convention culture.
• Must possess a general understanding or interest in similar streetwear brands and fashion trends.
• Illustration or other artistic ability is highly encouraged but not required.
• Must be willing to sign NDAs as you may from time to time handle sensitive IP information from our collaborators/licensors.
• Must be proficient in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus but not required.

What we don't want to see: your 9th grade architecture project, a drawing you did when you were 14. Random pictures you took on your latest vacation. NSFW work. Any AI work.

What we do want to see: Your sick anime and video game graphic edits, your ability to take KV (Key Visual) assets/splasharts and remix them into workable designs. Those cool t-shirts you designed but didn't know how to produce. That logo you made for oshi that never got used. Websites or content you've made in the past. Any relevant artwork you've created recently.

We highly recommend taking your time when preparing your portfolio, we will be waiting several weeks before contact as we consider options internally. This position is not first come, first served.
